Duties:

Load and unload furniture from the delivery truck Deliver furniture directly to customers' homes on scheduled routes Perform basic assembly and setup of furniture upon delivery Communicate professionally and courteously with customers at each stop Work efficiently as part of a

TWO-PERSON

delivery TEAM to stay on schedule Keep the provided vehicle clean and report any maintenance concerns Handle furniture and equipment carefully to avoid damage Communicate with dispatch or supervisor regarding any issues or delays encountered during deliveries Provide exceptional customer service by addressing customer inquiries or concerns in a professional manner

Experience & Requirements:

Must be 21+ years of age or older Must pass a background check. No recent felonies. No thefts. No Assaults. Must pass an MVR (Motor Vehicle Record) check Must be able to lift and carry 50+ lbs regularly, including navigating stairs and tight spaces Chauffeur's license preferred, NOT required Valid driver's license Reliable transportation to reach the warehouse/starting location (Kalamazoo) Comfortable with early morning starts and a physically active workday Strong communication and customer service skills

$900.00 - $1,200.00 per week
