Duties Safely operate a box truck to deliver products across designated routes, adhering to all traffic laws and safety regulations Load and unload shipments using equipment such as pallet jacks or manual handling techniques, ensuring proper handling of goods Manage route driving efficiently to meet delivery schedules while maintaining a high level of safety and professionalism Provide friendly and professional customer service during deliveries, addressing questions or concerns with enthusiasm and clarity Assist with warehouse tasks including inventory management, moving items within the facility, and preparing shipments for delivery Conduct routine vehicle inspections before and after shifts to ensure safety standards are met; report any maintenance issues promptly Maintain accurate delivery logs, documentation, and communication with dispatch to ensure smooth operations Requirements Proven experience as a delivery driver or courier, with familiarity in route planning and navigation tools Valid chauffeur license with a clean driving record; experience driving box trucks or similar commercial vehicles preferred Ability to perform heavy lifting and physical tasks such as moving boxes, loading/unloading cargo, and handling equipment like pallet jacks Strong customer service skills with a positive attitude and professional demeanor Warehouse experience or familiarity with logistics operations is a plus Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail and safety standards Embark on an energetic career path where your driving expertise makes a real impact!
