Duties Safely operate a box truck or personal vehicle for delivery routes, following all DOT (Department of Transportation) regulations and traffic laws Load and unload packages using manual handling techniques and material handling equipment like pallet jacks or hand trucks Drive assigned routes efficiently, adhering to scheduled delivery times and route plans Interact professionally with customers during deliveries, providing excellent customer service and addressing any questions or concerns Use mobile devices to track deliveries, update statuses, and communicate with dispatch teams Perform safe lifting practices when handling packages of varying weights and sizes Maintain accurate delivery logs and complete shift reports to ensure smooth operations Experience Previous delivery driver experience preferred, especially with commercial driving or van driving roles Warehouse experience including material handling, moving goods, or operating equipment such as pallet jacks or forklifts is a plus Familiarity with manual transmission vehicles or box trucks is advantageous Knowledge of route driving techniques and traffic regulations required for safe delivery operations Ability to lift heavy packages safely and perform manual handling tasks in accordance with workplace safety standards Strong customer service skills with a professional attitude during all interactions Experience working within warehouse operations or logistics environments is beneficial Join us in delivering exceptional service while enjoying the benefits of weekly pay, paid time off, free shoes, and a supportive team environment.
