Job Overview:

Starting pay $21.50/hr -

First Wave Entry Benefits:

Essential Job Functions:

Load van, drive routes, deliver packages to businesses and residences Operate delivery van (10,000 lbs) in a safe manner, maintain vehicle cleanliness, and refuel as needed Assist other delivery drivers as requested by leadership Inspect delivery vehicle daily Operate GPS & Smartphone applications

Position Qualifications:

Must be eligible to work in the U.S. Minimum 21 years of age Valid driver's license with safe driving record (CDL not required) Ability to walk stairs, lift, push, pull (50 lbs), bend, reach above the head, kneel, crouch, stretch and maintain balance

Ideal Candidate:

Customer oriented with a safety first mindset Positive attitude and coachable/teachable Team oriented Problem solving skills Punctual & Dependable (shows for work when scheduled) Self-starter who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment Strong communication skills Ability to work well independently with little direction 1+ years prior delivery driver experience wanted but not required.
