We provide residential and commercial deliveries for FedEx Home Delivery, Ground, Express, and SmartPost across 14 zip codes south west of Saline, MI We offer consistent year-round work, company-provided delivery vehicles, weekly pay, health insurance, and a compensation structure that rewards drivers for higher-volume routes. We need experenced delivery drivers who will cover both weekends and any other days as per choice. Ex Fedex, Amazon drivers are prefered. At least 2 years experience required.

Pay:

$190/day for up to 100 stops +$1.00 for every delivered stop over 100

Examples:

• 100 stops = $190/day
• 120 stops = $210/day
• 140 stops = $230/day
• 160 stops = $250/day

What You'll Do:

Deliver packages in a FedEx-branded 18ft step van Start time: 8:45 AM Drive approximately 170 miles per day Load and unload packages up to 150 lbs (hand cart provided) Communicate effectively with management and customers

• Full-time position
• Start time: 8:15 AM
• Approximately 4-6 days per week
• One weekend day (Saturday or Sunday) is required each week
• Day shift
• Routes are completed when all deliveries and pickups are finished
• Consistent, year-round work Responsibilities As a FedEx Delivery Driver, you will operate a company-provided delivery vehicle while completing residential and commercial deliveries and pickups.

Responsibilities include:

• Safely operating FedEx delivery vehicles, including step vans
• Delivering and picking up packages
• Loading and organizing packages
• Using FedEx scanners and navigation equipment
• Completing required pre-trip and post-trip inspections
• Meeting scheduled pickup and delivery commitments
• Maintaining accurate package scans
• Following company, FedEx, and applicable DOT safety requirements
• Providing professional customer service
• Maintaining communication with management throughout the workday
• Safely handling packages weighing up to 150 lbs with appropriate equipment

Requirements:

Applicants must:

• Be at least 21 years old
• Have a valid driver's license
• Have or be willing to obtain a Michigan Chauffeur's License
• Have an acceptable driving record
• Pass required background screening
• Pass a required drug screening that includes testing for marijuana/THC
• Meet applicable DOT driver qualification requirements
• Be available to work at least one weekend day each week
• Be dependable and punctual
• Be comfortable operating larger delivery vehicles
• Be capable of repeatedly entering and exiting a delivery vehicle throughout the workday
• Be comfortable working outdoors in Michigan weather

IMPORTANT

The pre-employment drug screening includes marijuana/THC. Applicants must be able to pass this screening as a condition of employment.

Delivery Experience:

Previous FedEx delivery experience is strongly preferred. Experienced drivers from other delivery operations are also encouraged to apply, including Amazon, UPS, DHL, commercial courier services, furniture/appliance delivery, and other professional last-mile delivery operations. Experience operating a step van or similar commercial delivery vehicle is a major plus.
