CRW Flooring Depot has supplied flooring contractors, installers, and homeowners throughout Southeast Michigan since 19951995. We are hiring a dependable, experienced Hands-On Warehouse Operations Manager Assistant to help lead daily warehouse, inventory, order-fulfillment, and local-delivery operations at our Westland location. This is a working-lead role for someone who takes pride in accuracy, organization, safe equipment operation, and getting orders right the first time. You will work on the warehouse floor—not behind a desk—while helping keep receiving, order pulling, staging, loading, deliveries, and warehouse flow running smoothly.

Key Responsibilities:

Receive, inspect, unload, and organize flooring materials from containers, vendor trucks, and transfers. Pull, verify, stage, and load customer orders accurately and efficiently. Safely operate forklifts and other warehouse equipment. Load and make local deliveries using a box truck with a liftgate. Assist customers and contractors with professional, dependable service during pickups and deliveries. Maintain clean, safe, organized warehouse and loading areas. Help monitor inventory, prevent product damage, identify order issues, and improve daily warehouse flow. Lead by example through reliability, urgency, safety awareness, and attention to detail.

What We Are Looking For:

At least 10 years of strong forklift, warehouse order-pulling, and material-handling experience. Experience operating a box truck and liftgate for local deliveries.

Valid Michigan chauffeur's license and current DOT medical certificate. Ability to consistently lift, move, and load flooring materials, including tile boxes up to 7575 lbs. Strong organization, communication, and independent problem-solving skills. Reliable attendance, a positive work ethic, and comfort working in an active warehouse environment. No college degree required; proven warehouse and delivery experience matters most.

Paid sick time:
