Bemidji Cooperative Association is looking for full-time and/or seasonal Delivery Drivers to deliver propane and other refined fuel products in a safe, efficient manner that maximizes customer satisfaction.   • Deliver product to customers in a safe, timely, and professional manner, ensuring the truck is operated in safe manner at all times.
  • Must be comfortable with technology as deliveries are made using Windows Tough Pads.
  • Complete pre-trip and post-trip inspections and complete maintenance report on any needed repairs.
  • Make out daily trip sheet and other paperwork as required.
  • Follow all guidelines and regulations for hauling propane and other refined fuel products.
  • Provide excellent customer service, treating all customers in a friendly and courteous manner.
  • During peak times, work extended hours, including weekends, to meet business needs.
  • Tank Setting, Leak Testing, Tank Management and Repairs for LP gas systems as required by NFPA codes and regulations.
  • Assist Sales Department with calls and potential sales target areas.
  • Maintains and paints LP gas tanks at company and customer locations.
  • Inspect and maintain bulk facility, bulk truck and equipment continuously to ensure cleanliness, safety, proper operation and positive cooperative image.
  • Perform other related duties as needed or assigned. Qualifications
  • Must have and maintain a CDL with minimum of a Class B license including Air Brake, Tanker, HazMat endorsements and DOT medical card.
  • Pre-employment screening is based on the job requirements and industry guidelines and may or may not be required for the position.
  • If required, selected candidates must pass pre-employment screenings to include all or a combination of drug, criminal, motor vehicle check, physical requirements and FMSCA Clearinghouse.
  • You must have a good work ethic with professional communication skills
  • Ability to work additional hours and be available for occasional weekends to meet business demands.
Pay:
$27.00 - $29.00 per hour
