HSI Manufacturing is a family-owned and operated business based in Buffalo, MN. Our 70,000 square ft. facility houses over 150 types of equipment specializing in short to medium run metal fabrication of precision parts. ABOUT THE ROLE

The Delivery Driver position is a fast-paced role that is different every day. The ideal candidate is a safety conscious, detail oriented, self-starter that is able to work with minimal supervision.

JOB TITLE

Packaging/Delivery Driver TERMS Part Time

SALARY/RATE WORK HOURS 10-15

hours/ week (Monday & Wednesday)

RESPONSIBILITIES

Follow all Federal (FMSCA), State and Local transportation and safety regulations.
Be the face of HSI Manufacturing, representing our core values to our customers and suppliers.
Prepare fabricated parts from production for transportation to outside suppliers for secondary operations.
Safely load truck, deliver and pick up parts to suppliers and customers.
Perform daily inspection of delivery truck and report any maintenance issues promptly.
Keep the truck clean inside/out and keep the truck bay clean and tidy.

CANDIDATE REQUIREMENTS

Must be 21yrs of age with valid driver's license.
Reliable / Dependable
Must maintain DOT eligibility and have a current health card.
Experience driving 24 foot box truck with lift gate
Knowledge of the Twin City Metro area is helpful
Must be comfortable working on a computer, sending emails, reading and writing English.
May require excessive standing and the ability to lift up to 50 lbs on a regular basis.
Attention to detail and a sense of urgency is required in this position.
Flexibility with start/end times

Pay:

$21.00 - $24.00 per hour
