A Sales Delivery Driver drives a truck or other vehicle over established routes or within an established territory and sells or delivers goods, such as food products, including restaurant take-out items, or pick up or deliver items such as commercial laundry. May also take orders, collect payment, or stock merchandise at point of delivery. Includes newspaper delivery drivers. Excludes gig economy drivers.

Job Overview Assist the driver in loading, delivering, and merchandising beverages and kegs at each customer location in the manner that complies with the customer's defined expectations and/or requirements. Requirements Ability to repetitively bend, twist and frequently lift up to 40 lbs. and move kegs, weighing up to 165 lbs., up and down stairs and over curbs utilizing a two-wheeled cart Valid and current Class D driver's license Ability to obtain a forklift safety certificate Ability to communicate effectively in English as to establish and maintain effective relationships with employees, supervisors and customers Ability to work independently or as a team in a productive manner Ability to get to work on time for all scheduled shifts and complete required work before leaving Must pass pre-employment background check, strength test and drug screen (including THC/cannabis) Ability to do basic math computations Ability to learn and utilize technology used in the delivery process Ability to perform other duties as assigned Qualifications Ability to be courteous and respectful when interacting with customers, other drivers, sales reps and other C & L employees. Ability to maintain a professional appearance. Ability to follow policies and procedures.
