Compensation & Benefits $185 per day starting pay plus $1 per stop bonus after route threshold Weekly pay (every Friday) Paid training included Health Savings Account (HSA) option, 3% IRA match, Paid holidays, Paid time off (PTO) What You'll Do Safely operate company-provided delivery vans or box trucks Deliver 50-150 packages/day to homes and businesses with care Load, unload, and organize packages efficiently Follow GPS-planned routes while complying with traffic and safety laws Maintain accurate delivery records and communicate any issues to dispatch Keep your vehicle clean and report maintenance needs What We're Looking For 21+ years old with a valid driver's license Able to pass background check, drug test, and DOT physical (all covered) Physically able to lift up to 150 lbs•will have a dolly available Strong time management, communication skills, and a team-oriented attitude Positive, customer-focused mindset Schedule & Routes Monday-Saturday (5 days per week, off Sunday + one weekday)
