Job Summary:

•As a Delivery Driver for our sandwich shop, you will be an essential part of our mission to satisfy appetites and spread happiness. Your primary responsibility will be to safely and promptly deliver our delicious sandwiches to our valued customers. You'll be the face of our shop on the road, and your excellent customer service skills will be vital in ensuring our customers have a fantastic dining experience and other duties assigned to assist ins tore.

Responsibilities:

Safely operate a delivery vehicle to transport orders to customers in a timely manner. Review delivery orders to ensure accuracy and completeness before departure. Follow traffic rules and safety regulations to ensure safe driving at all times. Provide exceptional customer service by delivering orders with a friendly and professional attitude. Assist with order packaging and ensuring all items are properly sealed and secured for delivery. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the store. Handle cash and credit card transactions accurately when applicable. Communicate with the sandwich shop team to coordinate efficient deliveries and resolve any issues that may arise. Uphold the company's image and reputation through courteous and respectful interactions with customers.

Qualifications:

Valid driver's license and a clean driving record. Reliable and punctual, with the ability to meet delivery deadlines. Excellent customer service skills, with a friendly and approachable demeanor. Ability to navigate using maps or GPS to find the most efficient delivery routes. Physical stamina to carry out delivery tasks efficiently. Familiarity with the local area and surrounding neighborhoods is a plus. Must have a strong passion for food and a desire to bring joy to customers through timely deliveries.
