Deliveries & Pickups Perform local deliveries and pickups according to the daily delivery schedule. Deliver finished jobs to customers accurately and on time. Transport jobs, materials, and supplies between company locations. Pick up materials, supplies, and outsourced work from vendors as needed. Verify delivery and pickup items before leaving each location. Confirm quantities, destinations, and any special handling instructions. Obtain signatures, delivery confirmations, or other required documentation. Communicate delays, delivery issues, or discrepancies promptly. Represent the company professionally and courteously at all delivery and pickup locations. Loading & Material Handling Load and unload company vehicles safely. Secure jobs and materials to prevent shifting or damage during transportation. Handle printed materials, boxes, cartons, and other items carefully to prevent damage. Assist with staging deliveries and organizing items according to delivery route when needed. Verify that all items for the scheduled route are loaded before departure. Use carts, pallet jacks, or other material-handling equipment as needed and when properly trained. Documentation & Communication Complete delivery logs and other required documentation. Maintain accurate records of completed deliveries and pickups. Return signed paperwork, packing slips, or other documentation to the appropriate employee or department. Communicate with the appropriate team member regarding missing items, customer concerns, damages, or delivery issues. Follow delivery instructions and communicate schedule changes or delays as soon as possible. Vehicle Care Conduct basic pre- and post-use vehicle checks. Maintain company vehicles in a clean and orderly condition. Report vehicle damage, mechanical concerns, warning lights, or other safety issues immediately. Monitor fuel levels and refuel company vehicles as needed. Operate company vehicles responsibly and in accordance with traffic laws and company policies.
Pay:
$17.00 - $20.00 per hour Expected hours: 20.0 per week
