Delivery Driver

Growing St. Cloud area manufacturing company seeking to hire a delivery driver / warehouse laborer to join their team! This role is a 1st shift position, and can sometimes start as early as 4am (depending on what the day looks like). This is a full-time, long-term role with OT available, we are looking for career oriented individuals. Full benefits are available after completion of probation period. This role involves operating a box truck to complete daily trips to various cities (mostly in the twin cities metro area) and returning home each night. You will safely transport goods, support loading and unloading, and help maintain accurate inventory as part of a reliable logistics operation. This role will also be assisting with warehouse duties to load truck help out in the warheouse as needed. Responsibilities Operate a box truck safely and efficiently on daily trips to and from designated cities. Load and unload goods from the box truck, ensuring items are properly secured for transport. Follow all Department of Transportation (DOT) guidelines and traffic regulations during each trip. Perform basic vehicle inspections before and after trips and report any service or maintenance needs. Assist with inventory handling, including verifying counts and ensuring accurate documentation of goods transported. Coordinate with logistics and service teams to ensure timely pickups and deliveries. Maintain a clean and organized vehicle and work area. Provide professional and courteous service at all delivery and pickup locations. Essential Skills At least 2+ years of professional driving experience. Proven experience driving box trucks or similar commercial vehicles. Strong understanding of safe driving practices and DOT guidelines. Ability to assist with loading and unloading goods safely. Basic knowledge of inventory handling and transport documentation. Reliable, punctual, and able to follow delivery schedules consistently. Additional Skills & Qualifications No Commercial Driver's License (CDL) required. Experience operating a forklift or similar equipment is an advantage. Previous experience in logistics, transport, or delivery services is beneficial. Ability to work independently while maintaining clear communication with the logistics team. Why Work Here?
