Job Summary:
The Production Lead & Delivery Driver is a hands-on position responsible for supporting daily production in the moulding department, maintaining product quality, coordinating material handling, and safely delivering lumber and finished products to customers. This position combines production leadership, quality control, forklift operation, shipping and receiving, and truck-and-trailer delivery responsibilities. Duties/Responsibilities:
Lead and support daily moulding and production operations Monitor product quality and control Identify and troubleshoot production and quality issues Train and support team members on production and quality standards Operate forklifts safely to move lumber, materials and finished goods Assist with inventory organization and material tracking Load, unload, organize and prepare lumber and materials for shipment Drive truck and trailer to safely deliver lumber materials and finished products to customers Complete delivery paperwork and communicate to customers in a professional manner Report delivery shortages, damages, discrepancies or defects Assist with other production, shipping, and company needs as required Delivery and driving ~15-20% of roleQualifications:
2+ years of Forklift experience 2+ years of experience lumber yard/building materials/manufacturing experience preferred Strong quality control and attention-to-detail skills Truck and trailer driving experience with a safe driving record, DOT card, CDL preferred Strong communication and leadership skills Reliable, self-motivated and able to work independently Willingness to learn, take on responsibility and grow with the company Highschool diploma, GED or 4+ years of experienceRole:

CST Compensation :
$21.00- $23.
