FEDEX DELIVERY DRIVER WANTED - TOWER, MN & SURROUNDING AREAS

Ace Deliveries, Inc. is an independent contractor for FedEx Ground. We are looking for a full-time driver based out of Tower, MN or surrounding areas. In your role as a FedEx driver, you would deliver packages to residential homes and commercial businesses in Ely, MN and surrounding areas.

Job Summary Pay:

$21-23 per hour FedEx Vehicle, gas card, Ipad, and Scanner Provided Routes average 40-45 hours per week Routes ranging from 50 - 100 stops per day You can keep vehicle at home each night after route. You will pick up your route from the transport truck each morning in Ely. Health, Dental & Vision Insurance. Company 401k with 3% match

Responsibilities:

Safely and efficiently operate a delivery vehicle to transport goods to designated locations Follow assigned routes and schedules to ensure timely deliveries Verify the accuracy of delivery orders and obtain necessary signatures or documentation Adhere to all traffic laws and regulations while driving and operating delivery vehicles Perform routine vehicle inspections and maintenance, reporting any mechanical issues promptly

Experience:

Previous experience as a delivery driver or in a similar role is preferred Familiarity with route driving and courier operations is a plus Strong attention to detail and time management skills Excellent communication and customer service skills

Requirements:

Must be 21 years of age or older Standard Drivers License No more than 2 moving violations within past year Must be able to pass a criminal background check Must pass a pre-employment drug screen and be able to pass random drug screens once hired if offered a position Must be able to obtain a DOT medical card Please note that this job may require occasional lifting of heavy items and working in various weather conditions.
