Job Description
Hamlett Logistics, an Amazon Delivery Service Partner (DSP), has immediate openings for package delivery drivers in St. James, MO. If you like working in a fast-paced , fun, & supportive work environment that requires you to solve problems independently , then Hamlett Logistics is the place for you! Delivery Driver Basic Requirements Eligible to work in the U.S. Successfully pass a pre-employment drug test. Must have a valid driver's license & good driving record. Must be at least 21 years old. High level of physical activity required throughout the day. Amazon-branded vehicle provided! Non-CDL delivery driver! Compensation & Benefits Associates start at $21.50/hour. 4 day work week (up to 4 - 10 hour shifts), must be able to work at least one weekend day, Saturday or Sunday. Paid Training. Paid Overtime and Paid Time Off (PTO) Health Insurance and Benefits after 30 days. 401k with company match! Delivery Driver Duties and Responsibilities Driving a van to drop off Amazon packages to customers in your community for approximately 10 hours/day (based on your efficiency and load size). Enthusiastically providing great customer experiences and positive interactions with the public. Eagerly getting the job done with a sense of purpose (following safety guidelines, of course). Using handheld technology to manage deliveries and keep a record of your progress. Typically, working full-time 4 days a week. Staying active! You can get in anywhere from 20,000 to 25,000 steps during the course of the day. Giving and getting support from other Hamlett Logistics members when needed. Who do we want?
