Responsibilities Safely operate box trucks, vans, or personal vehicles for delivery routes, adhering strictly to traffic regulations and DOT (Department of Transportation) standards Load and unload parts and materials using manual handling techniques and material handling equipment such as pallet jacks or carts Verify delivery orders, ensure accuracy of shipments, and document all deliveries via mobile devices or delivery logs Follow optimized route plans to ensure timely pickups and drop-offs across designated locations Provide exceptional customer service by engaging professionally with clients during deliveries and addressing any questions or concerns Maintain vehicle cleanliness, perform routine inspections, and report any mechanical issues promptly Comply with warehouse safety protocols during loading/unloading activities and manual handling operations Experience Prior warehouse experience with familiarity in warehouse operations and material handling equipment operation Proven delivery driver experience with a clean driving record in commercial driving environments Experience operating box trucks, vans, or similar commercial vehicles with manual transmission preferred Knowledge of safe lifting practices, heavy lifting techniques, and weight handling in the workplace Ability to navigate routes efficiently using mobile devices or GPS tools while adhering to traffic laws Familiarity with DOT regulations related to commercial vehicle operation and driver hours of service Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively during deliveries Join us as a Parts Delivery Driver and become an essential part of our team!
