Responsibilities Safely operate box trucks, vans, or personal vehicles to deliver products directly to customer locations. Execute precise route driving while adhering to traffic regulations and DOT (Department of Transportation) standards to ensure timely deliveries. Provide courteous, professional customer service by assisting with product placement, setup, and answering any questions during delivery. Conduct thorough inspections of deliveries for damages or discrepancies; document and communicate issues promptly. Use mobile devices for route navigation, delivery confirmations, and real-time communication with dispatch or customer support teams. Follow all safety protocols related to heavy lifting, manual handling, warehouse operations, and vehicle operation to promote a safe working environment. Skills Proven experience in delivery driving, courier services, or warehouse operations involving material handling equipment operation.
