Job Description

Join Our Team! We're looking for a reliable, compassionate, and friendly Van Driver to join our Day Habilitation team. This position is perfect for someone who enjoys working with people and wants to make a meaningful difference in their community. As a Day Habilitation Van Driver, you'll provide safe, dependable transportation for individuals with developmental disabilities to and from our Day Habilitation program. Your positive attitude and commitment to safety will help ensure each participant begins and ends their day with a great experience. Responsibilities Safely transport participants to and from the Day Habilitation program. Assist participants with entering and exiting the van as needed. Ensure all passengers are safely secured before travel. Perform pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections. Keep the company vehicle clean and well-maintained. Follow all traffic laws and company safety policies. Provide courteous, respectful, and professional service to participants, families, and staff. Qualifications Valid driver's license with a clean driving record. Dependable, punctual, and safety-conscious. Friendly, patient, and compassionate. Ability to assist participants entering and exiting the vehicle. Experience working with individuals with developmental disabilities is a plus, but not required.
