Job Description

Sherwin-Williams, a global leader in paints and coatings, is seeking a reliable Delivery Driver to support our Transportation & Logistics team. In this on-site role, you will safely operate company vehicles to deliver paint, coatings, and related products to professional, commercial, and retail customers. Responsibilities include loading and unloading orders, verifying accuracy, maintaining delivery records, and providing friendly customer service at each stop. You'll collaborate closely with warehouse and sales teams while upholding our culture of diversity, inclusion, growth, and innovation. Responsibilities Safely operate company delivery vehicle to transport paint and related products to commercial and retail customers Load, unload, and verify orders against delivery documents to ensure accuracy and completeness Provide friendly, professional customer service at delivery locations and resolve basic delivery issues Follow all DOT, safety, and company driving policies, including vehicle inspections and reporting maintenance needs Handle products carefully, including lifting and moving paint, coatings, and related materials Maintain delivery logs, electronic records, and basic paperwork with accuracy Coordinate with warehouse and sales teams on delivery schedules, route changes, and priority orders Represent Sherwin-Williams brand and uphold company standards for professionalism and appearance Required Skills Safe driving and navigation Route planning and time management Order verification and documentation Basic vehicle inspection and maintenance checks Customer service and communication Use of handheld/electronic delivery devices Lifting and material handling Knowledge of basic DOT/safety regulations Warehouse/stock handling Problem-solving at delivery sites
