DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
- Provide a fun, friendly, and engaging experience for Customers while taking orders.
- Uphold and represent RPM and Domino's brand standards.
- Maintain store cleanliness, sanitation, and food safety standards.
- Prepare products accurately and efficiently according to company standards.
- Deliver excellent Customer service and resolve concerns with a sense of ownership.
- Demonstrate effective time management and multi-tasking in a fast-paced environment.
- Operate store equipment and tools safely and efficiently.
- Support inventory organization and restocking activities.
- Contribute to a positive, inclusive Team environment.

QUALIFICATIONS
- Must be 21 years of age or older with at least 2 years driving experience.
- Valid driver's license with a safe driving record.
- Dependable vehicle with current registration and proof of insurance or ability to drive company owned vehicle.
- Strong communication and basic math skills.
- Positive, outgoing, and team-oriented attitude.
- Ability to perform essential job functions with or without reasonable accommodation.
- Willingness to use and maintain a company-provided, forward-facing dash camera during deliveries, provide footage in the event of an accident, and return all company-issued equipment upon separation.
PHYSICAL DEMANDS / WORKING CONDITIONS
- Ability to stand and walk for extended periods on tiled surfaces.
- Ability to lift and carry up to 25 pounds; occasional lifting up to 50 pounds with assistance.
- Frequent bending, reaching, and stretching; occasional crouching and climbing.
- Ability to work at stations 36"-48" high and reach shelves up to 72".
- Operate standard kitchen equipment and office tools.
- For delivery roles: ability to drive and navigate within the designated delivery area.
