Streamline Logistics, Inc. in Olive Branch, MS is hiring dedicated full-time FedEx Delivery Route Drivers dispatching out of the local terminal to deliver and pickup packages to residences and businesses. As a Delivery Driver, you will be responsible for ensuring that products are delivered safely, efficiently, and on time to our valued customers. This role requires physical stamina for heavy lifting and the ability to handle freight with a hand truck/dollie. CDL license is not required but you must obtain a light commercial endorsement. Must be 21.

Pay:

$160 - $185+/day based experience & stop counts.

Schedule:

Full time, 4 to 6 days a week, MUST include a Saturday or Sunday for newly hired employees.

Key Responsibilities:

Ensure timely and accurate delivery of items without damage. Accurately scan all delivered and picked up packages at customer locations. Maintain a clean and organized vehicle, adhering to company safety and maintenance standards. Follow all traffic laws and regulations to ensure safety on the road. Communicate effectively with customers and team leads to address and resolve any delivery issues. Work collaboratively with leadership to optimize delivery routes.

Qualifications and Experience:

Valid driver's license with a clean driving record and light commercial endorsement. No felony convictions, violent misdemeanors, or drug-related charges in the last 10 years. Physical ability to manipulate packages up to 150lbs. Use of hand trucks and pallet jacks. Strong communication skills, with the ability to work independently and solve problems on the go. Experience working in a fast-paced environment with frequent changes in delivery schedules. Prior experience with courier services is a plus. Why Join Us?
