Schedule:

8:00 a.m. start time | 10-hour shifts | Full-time employees work four days per week Righteous Routes Logistics is a locally owned, Faith Based company, and we are hiring dependable Drivers to safely deliver packages throughout the local area. You will drive a company-provided cargo van, use delivery technology to navigate your route and provide friendly, professional service to customers. Previous delivery experience is helpful but not required. We provide paid training, a company vehicle, a uniform and the equipment needed to perform the job successfully. What We Offer Starting pay of $22.75 per hour Weekly performance bonus opportunities of up to $50 Health, dental and vision insurance for eligible employees Paid time off for eligible employees Paid orientation and training Full-time, part-time and seasonal opportunities Employee referral program Company-provided cargo van and uniform Support from an experienced dispatch and leadership team What You'll Do Safely operate a company-provided cargo van Load packages into your assigned vehicle Follow a planned route using a delivery application Deliver packages accurately and on time Communicate with dispatch throughout your shift Perform basic pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections Follow company and delivery-station safety procedures Provide professional and courteous customer service What to Expect This is an active, outdoor position. Drivers regularly enter and exit the van, walk to delivery locations and handle packages weighing up to 50 pounds. Deliveries continue during changing weather conditions. Shifts generally begin at 8:00 a.m. and last approximately 10 hours. Full-time employees are typically scheduled four days per week. Because we operate seven days a week, availability on at least one weekend day is required. Minimum Requirements At least 21 years old Valid driver's license Ability to pass required background, motor vehicle record and drug screenings At least three years of licensed driving experience Ability to safely lift and carry packages weighing up to 50 pounds Ability to repeatedly enter and exit a delivery van Reliable attendance and punctuality Availability for the schedule described above Delivery experience is preferred but not required.
