Job Description
Overview Join our dynamic team as a Delivery Driver/Shop Help, where you'll play a vital role in ensuring smooth operations both on the road and within our shop. This energetic position combines the excitement of delivering products to our valued customers with the hands-on experience of supporting warehouse and shop activities. You'll be the friendly face representing our company, providing excellent customer service while managing deliveries and assisting with shop tasks. Responsibilities Safely operate delivery vehicles or personal vehicles to deliver goods to customers and events, adhering strictly to traffic regulations and DOT (Department of Transportation) standards Load and unload materials using safe lifting practices at all times Assist in floral shop operations by cleaning, organizing inventory, moving supplies, and supporting stock management activities Provide exceptional customer service during deliveries by communicating clearly, answering questions, and ensuring satisfaction Maintain accurate delivery logs using mobile devices, update route information, and document any delivery issues or incidents Support shop activities by helping with general shop help duties such as organizing supplies or assisting with maintenance tasks Follow all safety protocols related to heavy lifting, manual handling, and workplace weight handling standards to prevent injuries Qualifications Familiarity with Bozeman and surrounding areas is a must Valid driver's license with a clean driving record is a must Ability to perform heavy lifting safely and follow safe lifting practices in accordance with workplace standards Knowledge and adherence to traffic laws during all driving activities Excellent customer service skills with a friendly, professional attitude Comfortable using mobile devices for route navigation and delivery documentation Ability to work independently while managing time efficiently in a fast-paced environment This role is perfect for motivated individuals eager to grow in the floral industry and work in an environment where your contributions make a real impact!
