MPR DELIVERY AND INSTALLATION CREW

works with fellow warehouse crew members to deliver, install, and strike furniture and other rental items in the field. This position entails transporting rental items and delivering them to various sites and venues across southwest Montana. Delivery vehicles you may drive include large box trucks (26'), small box trucks (17'), and occasional use of pickup trucks and trailers. Our delivery and warehouse team members are the face of our company during the delivery process and the last impression customers have of us, so it is important they are friendly, helpful, and professional. Because we are in the service and hospitality industry, excellent client interactions are what we strive for with this role. When not actively out in the field, they work at our warehouse to prepare for future jobs and care for returned inventory, while ensuring workspaces and vehicles are properly cleaned and maintained. Working professionally and safely, they are detail oriented and strive to offer our customers the highest quality rentals and customer service.

RESPONSIBILITIES

WAREHOUSE LEAD

• Safely drive Montana Party Rentals' vehicles for deliveries and pickups (26' box, 17' box, trailers)
• Drive and lead a crew to deliver, set up, and break down furniture and other rentals during delivery and pickup processes
• Positively interact with and assist customers at job sites/venues in a helpful and professional manner
• Protect inventory through appropriate use of material handling and proper loading of truck
• Inspect all inventory upon pickup for stains, damage, and/or missing pieces and communicate any findings with

WAREHOUSE LEAD

• Check in and clean all returned department inventory from jobs
• Accurately fill out necessary records and paperwork for all deliveries and jobs
• Assist in maintaining a clean, quality, and accurate inventory of items
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of warehouse and company vehicles

QUALIFICATIONS/ATTRIBUTES

• Flexible schedule required (including weekends)
• Ability to lift 60+ lbs.
• Work and stand for extended periods of time

• $300 Signing Bonus paid after 90 days of full employment

$22.00 - $26.00 per hour
