Big Sky Backroads, Inc. is hiring delivery drivers in Missoula, MT and the surrounding area. No CDL required. You'll earn up to $23/hr plus a performance bonus of up to 20% on every weekly paycheck, and a $750 sign-on bonus. We're a FedEx Ground contractor running routes out of Missoula, with remote routes in Plains and Thompson Falls. We pay every Friday and train you on the clock. Pay goes up the longer you stay: you get a raise and a higher bonus percentage after about a year. Full-time drivers also earn $1,500-$2,000 in holiday bonuses. The Job You'll run a FedEx Ground delivery route in a company-provided box truck, covering about 150 miles a day to homes and businesses across western Montana. You'll load and unload packages, verify every delivery, and follow the most efficient route while obeying traffic and safety laws. You'll also keep dispatch updated on any delays or issues along the way. The work is physical. You'll be in and out of the truck all day, carrying packages up to 150 lbs to front doors and delivery access points. Drivers assigned to shuttle routes earn an extra $2.00/hr.
