Job Description

We specialize in end-of-route deliveries and logistics, and we've recently opened new routes servicing the Pitt-Greenville, North Carolina area. We're experiencing explosive growth with eCommerce Retail and are staffing to bring new drivers onto our delivery teams.
Warehouse Location:
217 Elliott Dixon Rd, Ayden, NC 28513
Routes Available:
Greenville, Wilson, Goldsboro, Kinston, Williamston, Ayden, Grifton, Vanceboro, Dover, Cove City, Dudley, Pikeville, Seven Springs We operate similarly to Amazon Flex (personal vehicle required) and deliver for major companies including SHEIN, Temu, Amazon, TikTok, Walmart, and eBay. About 90% of packages weigh under one pound and fit easily in one hand — a standard sedan can typically carry 80-150 packages. Drivers report to the station once each morning between 5:00-5:15 AM to pick up their assigned route for the day. There's no return trip to the station — you will complete your route the same-day, before 11 PM. Our app handles route optimization and gives you everything you need to complete deliveries efficiently. Stops are 1-3 minutes apart, so the faster you deliver, the more you earn per hour. We're proud of the team atmosphere we've built — drivers who work with us often say the flexibility and camaraderie keep them coming back. You'll have a fixed daily start time for consistency, paired with flexible scheduling the rest of the week: drivers can opt for 1 to 5 day shifts, working all days or the days that best fit your schedule — and request anywhere from 50 to 200 packages per day based on your income goals. Pay is performance-based — you earn per successfully delivered package, so your effort translates directly into your paycheck. Route length is up to you: elect shorter routes (around 40 packages) for a lighter day, or longer routes (200+ packages) to maximize earnings. Scheduling is just as flexible, with a minimum of 2 delivery days and a maximum of 5 days, work 5 days a week if you want to maximize income. Top-performing drivers can earn well above minimum wage, so you're in direct control of your income growth. Requirements Must perform deliveries in your own vehicle Must possess a valid driver's license Must possess a working Smartphone (Apple or Android) less than 3 years old. Delivery experience is a plus — backgrounds with Amazon, FedEx, UPS, CDL, DoorDash, Amazon Flex, or Walmart Spark tend to fit right in, but all interested applicants are encouraged to apply.
Pay:
$750.00 - $1,800.00 per week
Benefits:
Flexible schedule People with a criminal record are encouraged to apply
Work Location:
