We're looking for a reliable, responsible person to help our family in West Cary with after-school driving and childcare. The regular schedule is approximately 2:45-5:45 p.m. Monday through Friday , primarily picking up our children from school and driving them to activities, with some childcare in between. You'll drive our family minivan , so you do not need to use your own vehicle for the regular driving. We'd also like one longer day each week to help with light household tasks such as laundry, tidying, and getting things organized. The longer day can be flexible based on your schedule. We guarantee a minimum of 18 paid hours per week .

Pay:

$26-$28/hour, depending on experience

Responsibilities:

School pickup and after-school transportation Driving children to activities Light childcare between activities Laundry and light household tidying on one longer day each week Occasional light meal prep or household organization What we're looking for: Dependable and punctual Safe, confident driver with a good driving record Comfortable driving school-age children and a teenager CPR/First Aid training preferred Prior childcare, family assistant, teaching, or similar experience is a plus This could be a great fit for someone looking for steady, predictable part-time afternoon work without a traditional full-time nanny schedule.
