Duties Safely operate box trucks and commercial vehicles along designated delivery routes Load, secure, and unload dairy products Deliver goods directly to customers' locations, ensuring accurate and complete deliveries including stocking shelves and rotating dates Provide excellent customer service by addressing questions, confirming deliveries, and maintaining a positive attitude Follow route plans meticulously to optimize efficiency and meet delivery schedules Assist with warehouse tasks including moving inventory, stock organization, and inventory checks Conduct routine vehicle inspections, report maintenance issues, and adhere to all safety protocols during driving and loading activities Skills Proven experience as a delivery driver or courier with route driving expertise Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate clearly and professionally Experience operating box trucks Ability to lift heavy loads repeatedly while maintaining proper safety procedures Warehouse experience is a plus for handling loading/unloading tasks efficiently Familiarity with heavy lifting techniques and moving equipment to ensure safety during physical tasks Valid driver's license with a clean driving record; active commercial driver's license (CDL)
