Job Overview:

Crew Member / Backup Driver We are looking for a dependable, hardworking Crew Member / Backup Driver to join our team! This position will primarily involve working as a crew member in the restaurant, with the ability to help with deliveries when needed. We are looking for someone who is reliable, works well with others, and is willing to be flexible with their schedule.

Requirements:

Must be 18 years of age or older Must have a flexible/open schedule Must be available to work both day and evening/night shifts Must be willing to work weekends as needed — this does not mean you will work every weekend day, but you must be available and open to weekend scheduling For backup driving responsibilities, must have at least 3 years of driving experience Must have a valid driver's license and a responsible driving record Company vehicles are provided for deliveries Must have reliable transportation to and from work Must be dependable, punctual, and able to work well as part of a team Must be friendly and professional when interacting with customers

Pay & Tips:

All crew members are paid for their time worked Inside crew members participate in a tip pool Drivers earn delivery tips and participate in the team tip pool This is a crew member/backup driver position , so you may work both inside the restaurant and make deliveries depending on the needs of the business

Responsibilities May Include:

Taking and preparing customer orders Food preparation and maintaining a clean work area Customer service Helping with dishes, stocking, and general restaurant duties Making deliveries using a company-provided vehicle when needed Representing the restaurant professionally while making deliveries We're looking for someone who is dependable, flexible, and willing to help wherever needed .
