This will be for our the new company in Fayetteville, NC, T2 Logistics! We are looking for Part-time, Full-time, Seasonal, and weekend permanent drivers. Part Time now can turn into Full Time down the road if interested and vice versa. You no longer have to have commercial driving experience so if this has hindered you before PLEASE hit us up! If you cannot pass a background check or drug test please be upfront and do not burn either of our times. Part Time and Full Time positions are available as said above. We currently have schedules running various scheduled days Monday-Saturday. We come in, load our vans, and deliver until we are done. This is a very physical job but extremely rewarding. I thoroughly enjoy this business as folks are so very happy to see the FedEx driver! We are a very family oriented group and do our best to have a very balance work/home life. That said, if you cannot come in on time and have a habit of calling out, this is not the position for you. No hard feelings, this job is based on timely delivery commitments and we have to abide by that. Pay starts at $150 a day plus bonuses for our Wilmington and Fayetteville markets, $120/day for our Columbus County routes. (The difference in that is each market has different stop bonus thresholds, Wilmington and Fayetteville are roughly double the threshold than Columbus) Average shift 6 hours. (Based on an 8 hour day, pay is $18.75/hr. at $150, $15 at $120) We strive for you to be done earlier than this) We also pay performance bonuses for stops over a certain threshold, 6th day bonuses, weekend bonuses, safety bonuses) Medical/Dental/Vision available. We also offer PTO. •

Minimum Qualifications:

-Pass/Maintain clean MVR, alcohol & drug tests, DOT physical-Must be 21+ to deliver-Be able to lift or move 70+ pounds, utilize dolly for up to 150 pound packages without damaging them, work on feet all day in inclement weather. -Three weekend days a month required-No DWI/DUI, No recent felony convictions, no pending court actions. Any non-violent felonies have to be minimum 10 years since conviction. All background criteria is standardized and decided by FedEx. Please don't shoot the messenger. (We can always try to run the background to see if it clears!) -Be able to come to work on time and have a positive TEAM minded attitude. This a physical job so a negative mindset will not get through the day. •You will not qualify to drive for FedEx if you do not meet all of the criteria.
