Duties Safely operate commercial vehicles, including trucks, forklifts, and riding lawnmowers, adhering to DOT (Department of Transportation) regulations and safe lifting practices Deliver products promptly to customers across designated routes, ensuring accurate and timely deliveries Assist customers with their purchases, upselling products and providing detailed product information to enhance their experience Maintain proper documentation of deliveries, route logs, and sales transactions with attention to detail Conduct merchandising activities at retail locations, including product placement and inventory management Build strong customer relationships through friendly communication, addressing inquiries and resolving issues professionally Perform heavy lifting and organize deliveries efficiently while following safe lifting practices to prevent injury Skills Excellent driving skills with experience in route driving and commercial truck driving preferred Strong knowledge of pricing strategies and basic math for transactions and inventory management Exceptional customer service skills with the ability to communicate clearly and build rapport with clients Proven ability to upsell products effectively while maintaining a positive attitude Organizational skills for route planning, delivery scheduling, and merchandise setup Familiarity with retail store operations and merchandising standards Knowledge of DOT regulations related to commercial vehicle operation and safety protocols Ability to handle heavy lifting safely, demonstrating physical strength and proper lifting techniques Effective communication skills for client interaction and team coordination Join us in delivering excellence—driving success through outstanding service!
