The Greens at Lincolnton is a skilled nursing and rehabilitation facility dedicated to providing individualized, high-quality care to our residents. We are seeking a dependable and compassionate Transportation Driver / CNA to join our team.

Position Summary:

This role is responsible for safely transporting residents to and from appointments, as well as assisting nursing staff with resident care when not driving. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys working with seniors and being part of a supportive team environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Transport residents to and from medical appointments safely and on time Assist with scheduling and coordinating appointments as needed Ensure residents are comfortable and secure during transport Assist nursing staff with daily care needs, safety, and comfort of residents Follow individualized care plans and facility procedures Maintain cleanliness and safety of the transportation vehicle

Qualifications:

High school diploma or equivalent Active CNA certification required (North Carolina) Clean driving record Ability to pass background check and drug screening Compassionate, dependable, and team-oriented
