As an Unarmed Patrol Officer at a financial institution, you will conduct routine patrols, maintain a visible presence to help deter security-related incidents, and support a welcoming environment for employees, customers, and visitors. This driving position requires a valid driver's license. AM What You'll Do:
Provide customer service to clients, visitors, and employees at a financial institution by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and emergency response activities as appropriate. Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols throughout the facility, including banking areas, offices, entrances, parking areas, and the perimeter, to help identify and report unusual activity or conditions. Monitor access points and visitor activity in accordance with site procedures, helping to maintain an orderly environment for customers and staff. Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, following established reporting and escalation procedures. Document observations, incidents, and patrol activities accurately and communicate relevant information to site contacts and Allied Universal leadership.Minimum Requirements:
Have at least 2 years of security-related experience. A valid driver's license is required in the state where the job is located. A guard card or license is preferred. X-ray screening experience is preferred. Comfort using a computer or tablet is preferred. Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles. Possess a high school diploma or equivalent. As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws. Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws. As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law. Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
