In this role, you will operate a late model daycab truck with a 53' van. Mostly local with a runs and a run within North Dakota every week or two. Our powdercoating business delivers and picks up for various customers. No loading required. Responsibilities Safely operate our truck and trailer, adhering to FMCSA (Federal Motor Carrier Safety Administration) and DOT (Department of Transportation) regulations. Additional hours unloading at our warehouse with a forklift - Optional Conduct pre-trip and post-trip inspections to verify vehicle safety, including checking load security, tire pressure, brakes, lights, and fluid levels. Maintain accurate delivery logs, shipment documentation, and compliance records in accordance with DOT regulations. Communicate effectively with dispatch teams to coordinate route schedules, delivery times, and any unforeseen issues during transit. Experience Valid CDL A license with a clean driving record. Proven experience in commercial truck driving. Knowledge of FMCSA regulations, DOT compliance standards, and safety procedures. Ability to operate manual transmission vehicles confidently; experience with forklift operation is a plus but not required. Join our team as a part-time CDL A Truck Driver.
