• West Fargo, ND $22/Hour + Monthly On-Call Retainer Fee Part-Time | Flexible On-Call Schedule Sandy's Donuts & Coffee Shop in West Fargo is looking for a dependable and punctual Bakery Delivery Driver to join our team.

This position is ideal for an early riser who enjoys independent work, flexible scheduling, and being part of a company that proudly serves the community fresh donuts daily. We are seeking a substitute/on-call driver who is available to help cover delivery routes as needed. In addition to hourly pay, we also offer a monthly on-call retainer fee for availability. Schedule & Hours This role includes early morning and overnight delivery routes, including: Routes starting between 1:00 AM

• 3:45 AM Routes ending between 7:00 AM
• 9:00 AM Occasional overnight route from 6:00 PM
• 4:00 AM What You'll Do Deliver orders safely and efficiently to customers Follow assigned delivery routes and schedules Carefully review customer delivery instructions and notes Provide friendly and professional customer service Communicate effectively with the Logistics Manager, team members, and customers Follow all traffic laws and company safety procedures What We're Looking For Reliable and punctual attendance Flexibility and willingness to be on-call as needed Valid driver's license with clean driving record Personal transportation to and from work location Ability to lift and carry boxes up to 30 lbs Strong time management and organizational skills Positive attitude and strong communication skills Previous delivery experience is a plus, but not required Why Join Sandy's Donuts?
