Duties Safely operate company box trucks and delivery vehicles to transport appliances to residential or commercial locations Unload appliances carefully using appropriate hand tools and equipment, ensuring damage-free delivery Install appliances by following detailed schematics, electrical wiring diagrams, and plumbing requirements Use power tools, hand tools, and ladder systems to assemble, mount, or connect appliances according to manufacturer specifications Troubleshoot equipment issues on-site, performing repairs or adjustments as needed to ensure proper operation Conduct basic electrical work, plumbing connections, and refrigeration setups when installing appliances such as refrigerators or washers/dryers Provide exceptional customer service by explaining appliance features, answering questions, and ensuring customer satisfaction during delivery and installation Skills Strong mechanical knowledge with experience in appliance repair and installation processes Proficiency reading schematics and electrical diagrams; familiarity with ladder use for reaching high or hard-to-access areas Skilled in using hand tools, power tools, and equipment troubleshooting techniques Knowledge of refrigeration systems, electrical work, plumbing connections, and assembly procedures Experience operating company vehicles such as box trucks safely and efficiently in various field service environments Ability to interpret technical instructions related to MRO (Maintenance, Repair & Operations) tasks Excellent customer service skills with clear communication abilities; capable of managing multiple deliveries with professionalism and positivity This role offers an engaging environment where your technical skills meet your passion for helping others.
