Minimum Qualifications Must be at least 21 years old Valid driver's license Clean driving record Ability to pass a background check, drug screening, and DOT physical Able to lift and move packages up to 150 pounds with a hand truck or assistance when needed Comfortable working outdoors in various weather conditions Reliable, punctual, safety-focused, and customer-oriented Previous experience with FedEx, Amazon DSP, UPS, DHL, USPS, courier services, warehouse operations, route driving, or customer service is preferred but not required . We provide paid training for qualified applicants.
