Duties Safely operate company vehicles to deliver goods along designated routes, adhering to all traffic laws and safety regulations Manage delivery schedules efficiently, ensuring timely arrivals and pickups at multiple locations Communicate clearly with customers upon delivery, addressing questions and providing excellent service Handle heavy lifting of packages and merchandise with proper technique to prevent injury Perform routine vehicle inspections, maintenance checks, and report any issues promptly Upsell additional products or services when appropriate, enhancing customer satisfaction and sales opportunities Organize delivery routes for maximum efficiency and accuracy in order fulfillment Skills Proven experience in commercial driving with a clean driving record Strong knowledge of route planning, navigation tools, and traffic regulations Excellent communication skills to interact confidently with customers and team members Basic math skills for handling pricing, measurements, and inventory counts Ability to lift heavy packages safely and perform physical tasks consistently Exceptional organizational skills for managing deliveries and maintaining accurate records Experience in sales or upselling techniques to promote products effectively Familiarity with merchandising principles to ensure proper product placement during deliveries Valid driver's license with appropriate endorsements; experience in heavy lifting required Embark on a rewarding career where your driving skills make a difference!
