Responsibilities Ensure accurate loading of goods according to delivery schedules and route plans Navigate assigned routes efficiently while adhering to traffic laws and safety regulations Provide exceptional customer service by interacting professionally with clients during deliveries Complete delivery documentation accurately and report any issues or delays promptly Perform routine vehicle inspections and maintenance checks to ensure safety standards are met Assist with warehouse duties as needed, including inventory management and stock movement Qualifications Proven experience as a delivery driver or courier, preferably with route driving experience involving heavy loads Valid driver's license with a clean driving record; driver certification is a plus Experience operating box trucks, forklifts, pallet jacks, and manual transmission vehicles Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively and professionally Ability to lift heavy items safely and perform physical tasks such as moving boxes or equipment Warehouse experience is advantageous but not required; willingness to learn is essential Knowledge of safety procedures related to commercial driving and cargo handling Ability to work independently, manage time efficiently, and follow designated routes accurately
