Job Description
Shore House is seeking a reliable Part-Time Van Driver to provide transportation for members to and from Shore House. Responsibilities Safely transport members from their homes throughout Monmouth County to Shore House each morning. Pick up members according to a daily transportation schedule, with arrivals by 9:00 AM. Transport members home beginning at approximately 3:00 PM. Assist members with entering and exiting the vehicle as needed. Maintain a safe, clean, and welcoming vehicle. Communicate with staff regarding schedules, delays, and member needs. Promote member dignity, independence, and respect. Qualifications Valid NJ driver's license and clean driving record. Reliable, punctual, and safety-conscious. Comfortable driving a passenger van throughout Monmouth County. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Patient, compassionate, and respectful. Able to work independently and follow a set schedule. Prior experience working with individuals with disabilities or mental health challenges is a plus. Schedule Part-time, with varying days each week based on program needs.
