Part-Time | Thursdays & Fridays Required | Potential 3rd Day Love The Soup! is a growing Morristown-based food company looking for a reliable, professional Delivery Driver & Kitchen Operations Assistant . This is not just a driving position. You'll make wholesale deliveries in one of our company cargo vans, work directly with customers, and help with kitchen, packing, and general operations when you're not on the road. Applicants must be available every Thursday and Friday. These are our primary wholesale delivery days and availability on both days is required. Responsibilities Drive a company cargo van on wholesale delivery routes throughout New Jersey and Pennsylvania Make deliveries to grocery stores, cafés, restaurants, markets, and other wholesale customers Safely operate, park, load, and unload a cargo van Verify orders and invoices before leaving and at delivery Professionally represent Love The Soup! with wholesale customers Load and unload cases of refrigerated and frozen food Keep the delivery van clean, organized, and ready for routes Assist with packing, labeling, inventory, kitchen prep, cleaning, and general production Help organize refrigerated and frozen products Pitch in wherever needed when deliveries are completed Requirements Must be available Thursdays and Fridays Valid driver's license and clean driving record Comfortable driving a cargo van on highways, local roads, and longer-distance routes Cargo van, delivery van, box truck, or route-delivery experience strongly preferred Comfortable driving throughout New Jersey and into Pennsylvania Safe driving history with no accidents or major moving violations Must be able to pass applicable background and motor vehicle record checks Reliable and punctual — showing up on time is extremely important Professional, clean, and presentable when interacting with customers Able to communicate clearly and effectively in English with customers and our team Able to accurately follow routes, invoices, delivery instructions, and customer notes Able to lift and carry approximately 40-50 lbs. Comfortable working in a commercial kitchen, walk-in refrigerator, and freezer Willing to help with kitchen and production work — this is not a driving-only position

Required Potential additional day based on business needs and availability This is approximately 2-3 days per week . Thursdays and Fridays may include longer delivery routes throughout New Jersey and Pennsylvania. Some days will involve a combination of driving, deliveries, loading/unloading, and helping at our Morristown kitchen. Additional hours and responsibilities may become available as the company grows.
