Position Overview Malouf Chevrolet of North Brunswick has an immediate opening for a motivated and dependable Parts Warehouse / Shipping & Receiving / Driver to join our busy and growing Parts Department. This is a great opportunity for someone who is organized, dependable, enjoys working in a fast-paced environment, and wants to build a career in the automotive industry. Automotive parts experience is a plus, but training will be provided while working alongside our experienced Parts Professionals. We utilize the ADP Drive dealer management system and will provide training on all aspects of the position. The ideal candidate is organized, dependable, customer-focused, and comfortable working independently in a fast-paced dealership environment. Training will be provided, and you will work closely with our experienced parts professionals. Schedule Monday - Friday 8:00 AM - 4:00 PM Occasional extended or adjusted hours based on business needs Key Responsibilities Receive and process daily parts deliveries. Scan incoming orders into the dealership system and distribute packages throughout the Parts Department. Organize, clean, maintain, and catalog stockroom inventory. Properly store and organize merchandise in warehouse and storage areas. Package, move, and lift parts as necessary, including use of pallet jacks for larger items. Restock inventory and maintain organized parts locations. Process parts returns and warranty/parts claims. Assist with regular inventory counts. Help maintain a clean, safe, and orderly Parts Department. Assist Parts Counter personnel and other department staff as needed. Assist with local parts deliveries when needed using Chevrolet Express delivery vans . Provide professional and courteous service when interacting with customers, vendors, and dealership personnel. Driver assistance with delivers when needed Perform other duties as assigned to support the Parts Department. Qualifications & Requirements Valid driver's license with a clean driving record required. Must provide a copy of your driver's abstract upon hire . Must be dependable, punctual, organized, and able to work independently. Professional appearance and positive attitude. Ability to work effectively in a busy, fast-paced environment. Ability to lift 25+ pounds . Ability to frequently stand, walk, bend, lift, and move throughout the workday. Ability to safely ascend stairs while carrying automotive parts. Ability to operate a pallet jack and safely handle warehouse materials. Strong attention to detail and organizational skills. Automotive or dealership parts experience is helpful but not required — we will train the right candidate. Why Join Malouf?
