We are looking for reliable, hardworking, and team-oriented Delivery Driver Associates to join our team at our Paulsboro/West Deptford location. If you enjoy being on the road, working independently, and providing great customer service, we'd love to have you on our team! Schedule Full-time and seasonal positions available Flexible scheduling 4 shifts per week, up to 10 hours per shift Requirements Must be 21 years of age or older Valid driver's license (provisional or probationary licenses are not accepted) Clean motor vehicle record Reliable and dependable Comfortable working in various weather conditions Successfully pass a 4-panel drug screen Proficient in English (speaking, reading, and writing) Ability to lift packages weighing up to 50 lbs. Ability to repeatedly get in and out of a delivery van throughout the workday Preferred Qualifications Previous professional or commercial driving experience Strong problem-solving skills Ability to work independently Key Responsibilities Safely operate a company vehicle while following all local and state laws, driving regulations, and company policies Load and unload packages Deliver packages accurately and on time Provide excellent customer service, even in stressful situations Work efficiently in a physically demanding environment and various weather conditions Use a smartphone or handheld device for GPS navigation, package scanning, timekeeping, and communication Communicate effectively with supervisors and the support team to ensure deliveries are completed Maintain a safe and organized work environment Work collaboratively as part of a team Equipment Provided Delivery vehicle and fuel Handheld/mobile technology Uniforms Safety and administrative equipment necessary to perform the job Hiring Process Our hiring process typically takes approximately one week to complete .
