Collaboration and Delivery Specialist - 260309 : KNW-B30 Description Job Summary The Collaboration & Delivery Specialist supports the Collaboration and Delivery team in establishing, engaging, and cultivating European standardization communities as well as the Global Market Affairs team in engaging communities globally. In this role, the incumbent will provide support to the team to mobilize efforts that encourage increased engagement in IEEE standardization. This incumbent will develop ecosystems and mobilize communities that emphasize standardization deliverables that support regional and global market-driven outcomes. This position has no direct reports. Key Responsibilities In support of the
Collaboration & Delivery Team:
Stakeholder Engagement & Relationship Building Map and analyze stakeholders: Identify key internal and external stakeholders (e.g., partners, clients, government bodies, internal teams) and analyze their influence and needs.
Establish communication channels:
Create and manage clear pathways for two-way communication, ensuring stakeholders are proactively updated on initiatives, changes, and milestones.
Feedback loop management:
Gather, synthesize, and advocate for stakeholder and community feedback, translating insights into actionable recommendations for leadership or product teams. Community Management Build and maintain engaged communities: Act as the community manager, fostering a welcoming, active, and safe environment for members.
Content management and moderation:
Manage a consistent content calendar (posts, newsletters, discussions) to drive engagement, while monitoring forums or social channels to enforce community guidelines, in coordination with marketing.
Advocate program management:
Identify, cultivate, and empower super-users, brand ambassadors, or key community leaders to help scale engagement efforts.
Event execution:
Support community-centric events, such as webinars, Q&A sessions, workshops, or local meetups. Measurement & Operations Track engagement metrics: Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) and Objectives (OKRs)as well as qualitative measures Additional Responsibilities including conducting research as needed and providing operational support to the team Travel Information 10% Domestic and International Qualifications Education Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience Marketing, Communications, Public Relations, Business, Political Science, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience) required Work Experience 2-4 years of experience managing online/offline communities, stakeholder relations, or digital marketing campaign preferred Skills and Requirements Excellent relationship management and interpersonal skills including the ability to collaborate effectively with others. Demonstrated ambition, confidence, drive, and energy. Strategic mindset and entrepreneurial spirit. Ability to manage complex issues. Strong sense of accountability. Data-driven and analytical approach to work.
PC skills:
Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, WebEx, Zoom. LinkedIn and community engagement platforms Multilingual; Fluent in business English and at least one additional language.
