PM What You'll Do:

Provide customer service to visitors and staff by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and emergency response activities at public parks and recreation locations. Respond to incidents, visitor concerns, and critical situations in a calm, professional, problem-solving manner; notify appropriate personnel and/or public emergency services as needed. Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of park grounds, trails, facilities, parking areas, playgrounds, and perimeter areas to help deter unauthorized activity and identify unusual conditions. Monitor access points, observe visitor activity, and report damaged property, maintenance concerns, hazards, and suspicious activity according to site procedures. Complete accurate activity logs, incident reports, and shift documentation while maintaining professional communication with visitors, staff, and responding agencies.

Minimum Requirements:

At least 2 years of security-related experience is required. A valid driver's license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements. CPR and First Aid certification is preferred. Comfortability using a computer or tablet is preferred. Ability to lift more than 20 pounds is preferred. Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles. Possess a high school diploma or equivalent. As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws. Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws. As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law. Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment. A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.
