About The Laundorist The Laundorist is a growing laundry pickup and delivery service serving customers throughout Northern New Jersey. We help busy families, professionals, seniors, and businesses take laundry off their to-do list by picking up, cleaning, folding, and delivering fresh laundry right to their door. We are looking for a reliable, friendly, and professional Delivery Driver to join our team. Position Overview The Delivery Driver is responsible for picking up and delivering customer laundry orders in a timely, safe, and professional manner. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys being on the road, takes pride in great customer service, and can work independently while representing The Laundorist brand. Responsibilities Pick up laundry orders from customers' homes, apartments, offices, or designated locations Deliver completed laundry orders back to customers Follow assigned routes and schedules Handle customer orders with care and attention Communicate professionally with customers and the operations team Use the company app or system to track pickups, deliveries, and order status Maintain a clean, organized, and professional vehicle Report any customer issues, delays, or delivery concerns promptly Represent The Laundorist in a friendly, dependable, and professional manner Qualifications Valid driver's license Clean driving record Ability to use Smartphone with GPS and company app Ability to lift and carry laundry bags Strong communication and customer service skills Dependable, punctual, and organized Ability to work independently Prior delivery, courier, rideshare, or customer service experience is a plus Ideal Candidate The ideal candidate is dependable, friendly, detail-oriented, and comfortable driving throughout Northern New Jersey. You should enjoy helping customers, be able to follow instructions, and understand the importance of reliability when customers are counting on their laundry to be picked up and delivered on time.
