Job Overview We are looking for a reliable and hardworking bilingual (Spanish/English) team member to join our vinyl fence manufacturing operation. This position primarily involves working in our shop producing high-quality white vinyl fencing running CNC router machine , along with making deliveries to job sites using a rollback truck throughout Southern and Central New Jersey when needed.

. The ideal candidate is someone who enjoys hands-on work, operating equipment, and being part of a team that produces quality products . Experience in construction, manufacturing, fencing, or truck driving is helpful but not required. We are willing to train the right candidate on our computerized routers and shop equipment. Responsibilities Assist in the manufacturing and assembly of white vinyl fencing in our shop Operate computerized routers, saws, and fabrication equipment (training provided) Measure and prepare materials according to production specifications Maintain quality control and accuracy in measurements and assembly Load materials and deliver fencing products to job sites using a rollback truck Safely operate hydraulic rollback equipment to unload pallets at job sites Assist with general shop tasks, material handling, and organization Help maintain a clean, safe, and efficient work environment Experience Bilingual (Spanish and English) strongly preferred Valid driver's license with a clean driving record Comfortable driving larger trucks and operating hydraulic equipment Ability to lift heavy materials and perform physical work Basic math and measurement skills Reliable, punctual, and safety-minded Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Pay:
