Job Description
Job Duties:
To facilitate the Vehicle Delivery process from initial agreement of sale through delivery of vehicle to customer. Become an expert on all Mazda model features and benefits and be able to explain how to operate them, coherently, during the final vehicle delivery to the customer. Customize the vehicle delivery while ensuring the client understand the vehicle's operation. Offer the best dealership experience through the ongoing pursuit of Excellence,- Ensure proper delivery paperwork is included with each New and Pre-owned Vehicle deal package.
- Monitor and update in a timely manner vehicle sale delivery board and ensure its accuracy.
- Ensure vehicle is cleaned properly
- Filled with gas
- Coordinate Vehicle Delivery with Customers.
- Deliver Vehicle to Customers.
- Must keep abreast of all product knowledge information and updates regarding vehicles and products related to vehicles including accessories and after-sale items.
- Maintain a clean and safe work area.
- Additional Job Duties as assigned
