$15.00 per hour (with opportunity for growth) Job description: Farm-to-Table Representative and Driver Part-Time | 17-20 hours per week Full Circle Mushrooms is seeking an outgoing, responsible, and reliable individual to join our team as a Farmer's Market Representative and Weekly Delivery Driver serving the Las Cruces and El Paso areas. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys connecting with people, takes pride in representing high-quality local food, and can be trusted to safely and reliably transport our products to customers throughout the region. As our Farmer's Market Representative, you will be the primary face of Full Circle Mushrooms at local farmers' markets in the Las Cruces and El Paso communities. You'll be responsible for creating a welcoming customer experience, setting up and maintaining an attractive booth, managing inventory and sales, educating customers about our products, and helping build lasting relationships with customers and community partners. In addition to farmers' markets, this position will serve as our weekly delivery driver, delivering fresh mushrooms and other Full Circle products to restaurants, businesses, and customers along established routes throughout the Las Cruces and El Paso areas. This requires someone who is dependable, organized, comfortable working independently, and able to communicate professionally with customers. We are looking for someone with great communication and people skills, a strong sense of responsibility, and a clean driving record. Previous sales or customer service experience is preferred, but not required. We're happy to work with someone who is eager to learn, comfortable talking with customers, and enthusiastic about representing Full Circle Mushrooms throughout the Las Cruces and El Paso communities. Estimated weekly hours include approximately 9 hours for farmers' market operations and 8 hours for weekly delivery driving, for an average of about 17 hours per week. There may also be opportunities to pick up additional hours through occasional pop-up markets and special events as they become available.

Responsibilities:

Farmers' Market Operations Set up and break down the Full Circle Mushrooms market booth each market day. Maintain an organized, attractive, and professional booth presentation. Engage customers, educate them about our mushrooms, and actively drive sales. Upsell products and share cooking tips, recipes, and mushroom knowledge with customers. Handle transactions accurately and manage cash/card sales. Track inventory levels during markets and communicate restocking needs.

Responsibilities:

Delivery Driver Operations Double check orders for delivery Load/Unload delivery van with products in efficient and timely manner Drive in a safe and compliant manner Deliver fresh mushrooms and other products to customers in a friendly manner Report any discrepancies, issues, or concerns from customers to management Pickup shipments from the airport Pack orders on an as needed basis Maintain a clean delivery van and report any maintenance issues Sales & Relationship Building Build strong relationships with returning market customers. Follow up with existing clients and help maintain relationships with local restaurants and chefs. Represent the farm at occasional pop-up events or special markets. Brand Representation Communicate the story, values, and vision of Full Circle Mushrooms. Maintain a professional, friendly, and knowledgeable presence while representing the farm. Capture photos/videos during markets for social media when appropriate. Growth Opportunity This role has the potential to grow into a Sales & Client Relationship role for the right candidate. Team members who demonstrate strong sales ability and interest in business development may have opportunities to help expand our restaurant and wholesale accounts, with additional compensation opportunities.
